Tamara Cohen Barker, Director
Tamara has 14 years experience planning events in California, Florida and worldwide. She comes from an extensive catering and event design background. She has produced events at Calistoga Ranch, Viansa, Hans Fahden, V Sattui, Vintage Inn, Edna Valley Winery, See Canyon Winery, private homes and estates and so many more.
Her awards range from Biz Bash Planner of the Year to endless accolades from Best of Knot Weddings to appearing on both TV's Platinum Weddings and Get Married TV.
Jason Doverspike, Director of Weddings and Social Events
Jason's 5 year experience in weddings and social events comes from a love of parties. He has a natural style and planning talent that allows him to focus on making all Avid Events bride swoon. His light hearted and fun nature allow brides to breathe easy and relax on their big day!
He has produced event throughout the Sacramento and Napa Valley.
Heather Doverspike, Director of Weddings and Social Events
Heather has a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences to make each and every event truly special. With experience in coordinating various social events from weddings, baby showers, corporate events and non-profit fundraisers, she has a love for creating the WOW-factor that will have people talking long after the event is over. She loves planning events because it is a way to bring families, friends and communities together. She finds great joy in starting with an idea and turning it into an exceptional event. With a background in logistics, she is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in event creation, planning and execution.
